Payment
You can pay tuition and fees by cash, check and credit card.
Due Dates
Due to Hurricane Ike and the closure of our college system as well as many lenders and servicers, the first disbursement of student loans may be delayed until Monday, October 6th. After October 6th, loan disbursements will arrive on a weekly basis throughout the semester.
The second TouchNet payment plan due date has also been extended to Monday, October 6.

COLLECTION COSTS:
If obligations are not paid in full upon notification by the college, these debts may be referred to an outside collection agency and to appropriate credit bureaus. Resulting collection costs willbe added to the original debt and the student must pay these costs, as well as attorney’s fees, if applicable. Furthermore, all unpaid obligations will result in a hold on student records, diplomas, transcripts and future registration activity.
Credit Card Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments can be made over the phone by calling 281.591.6625 or any Lone Star College System business office. Most colleges have boxes where you can leave payment. Current students can pay online via My Records.
Check Payment
The following regulations apply for paying by check:
- $30 returned check fee
- If your check is returned, you must pay your tuition promptly or it can be canceled, your registration canceled and your records withheld.
- No postdated checks will be accepted.
- No checks will be accepted for a sum larger than the amount of the transaction.
