Steps to Start College

1. Complete an Online Admissions Applications at www.lonestar.edu/apply

2. Bring Official Transcripts and Test Scores to LSC-North Harris Admissions Advisor

3. Take Placement Test at the Assessment Center if necessary- COMPASS $29 Online, all parts- Math, Reading, Writing

4. Register for Classes with an Admissions Advisor

5. Simulatenously apply for Financial Aid- Student and Parent must obtain a PIN number on www.fafsa.ed.gov

6. Pay for classes in person at the Business Office or online at MyRecords/MyLoneStar

7. Attend a Mandatory New Student Orientation

8. Take Student Photo ID by going to Business Office for a red note and then take it to the 2nd floor Library Circulation Desk

9. Attend Premiere Day
