Off-Campus/On-Location Visits

The Office of Outreach and Retention can come to you!  If you are a teacher, counselor, or school representative interested in having a College representative visit your site for College Fairs, Presentations, or other events, please fill out this form below with as much information as possible.  Business and Community Organization representatives, please contact College Relations at 281-290-3944 to schedule your event. 

Be sure to include the anticipated date and time of your event, the location of your event, the school you are affiliated with, the number of students you expect, the grade range of students, and what sort of information you are interested in us providing.  Please include a contact name, email and phone number, as well. 

Please allow 15 working days for us to process your request.  We will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but please be aware that certain times of the year fill up quickly for us, including finals week and peak registration periods.  Submit requests as early as possible to guarantee the best possibility of our availability.
