  • Why did you join this organization? To improve my 
    leadership skills and help out my classmates.
  • What are your personal goals for the semester? To learn as much as I can and keep a balance between work and school.
  • What are your goals for the organization? To provide an awesome pinning ceremony for the OTA class of 2011 and pave the way for the class of 2012.
  • What are your career interests? To become a Certified  Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • What are your hobbies outside of school? Cooking, baking, and camping.

I am married and a mother of three.

  • What are your personal goals for the semester? To learn  as much as possible and grow personally and professionally.
  • What are your goals for the organization? To positively  represent occupational therapy.
  • What are your career interests? To work as a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) with special needs children.
  • What are your hobbies outside of school? Sports, music, church and spending time with my family.

  • What are your personal goals for the semester? To be successful.
  • What are your goals for the organization? To try to get more people interested in Occupational Therapy.
  • What are your career interests? Occupatioal Therapy.
  • What are your hobbies outside of school? Tae Kwon Do, yardwork, and puzzles.

 

I am a mother of five, grandmother of two, hard worker thatloves a change-and yes-this program is challenging, but you will be better off for it.

  • Why did you join this organization? To be a leader and assist my classmates in the OTA program.
  • What are your personal goals for the semester? To balance my life as a wife, mother and student.
  • What are your goals for the organization? To promote the OTA program.
  • What are your career interests? To work as a COTA; I am excited about learning more about all the areas that I can work in.
  • What are your hobbies outside of school? Interior design, shopping, church and spending time with my family and friends.

I am married and have two children. I returned to finish my education after being a stay-at-home mom for eight years - that is the best decision I ever made.
