  • Manage LSC-Montgomery Call Center
  • Hire, coach, and guide all call center agents, including work-study when applicable
  • General HR administration including maintain weekly work-schedules within budgetary constraints
  • Plan, organize, implement, and coordinate campus-wide and co-sponsored special events
  • Work Extensively with faculty, staff, and administrators to accomplish successful departmental special events
