Claire Hart-Palumbo received her training from Sam Houston State, American Conservatory Theater, and the University of Texas, where she was a Morton-Brown Fellow.  In 2007 Claire celebrated her 30th year as a theater professional. An actress, director, and arts administrator, she was a founding company member of Stages Repertory Theater. She has worked in Houston with the Alley Theater, Main Street Theater, Texas Repertory Theater, Express Theater, New Heights Theater, Young Audiences, Country Playhouse, Bayou City Concert Musicals, Houston Shakespeare Festival, Houston Shaw Festival, the Group Theater, and Stage West; outside Houston:  Julian Theater (San Francisco), Live Oak Theater (Austin), Unity Theater (Brenham), Idaho Repertory Theater (Moscow), Strand Street Theater (Galveston), and Freehold (Seattle).   

As a teacher and voice and diction coach she has worked with students at the University of Texas (Austin), University of Houston-Downtown, Mercury Studio, Lone Star College-Kingwood, and currently at Lone Star College-CyFair.
