El Club de Español

The purpose of this organization shall be as follows:

• Provide a support network for students interested in learning more about the Spanish language and various Hispanic cultures.
• Promote awareness of the Spanish language and various Hispanic cultures within the LSC-Montgomery student body.
• Dispel stereotypes about various Hispanic cultures and their history.
• Provide opportunities for student and faculty participation in the Spanish language and the various Hispanic cultures.

Meetings & Events

The club meets on Fridays from 12-1 p.m. in G-104.

Upcoming events include:

• Global Awareness Day on April 11, 2012
• Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Friday, May 4, 2012
