Passwords
For security purposes, Colleague passwords will not be released over the telephone.
Password resets can be requested through the System Office Service Desk at 832.813.6600 or via e-mail at OTS@lonestar.edu.
If you are sending an e-mail, please provide your Colleague ID, full name, and telephone number where you can be reached.
Requests for password resets will only be sent to your Lone Star College System e-mail account.
When you login with your new password, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Passwords need to be at least 6 characters long, including letters AND numbers.
Account Eligibility
Before an employee can have a Colleague account, the employee must be setup in the Colleague System by Human Resources, including an effective date of employment in the DATE screen.
If the effective date of employment is not on the DATE screen and you request an account, the request will not be accepted. The employee will need to check with their immediate supervisor for a status on the location of their paperwork. Once this information has been entered into Colleague, the employee must resubmit the request for their account.
