Student Information Services
This department serves Lone Star College System as the reporting entity for the institutional student records to the federal and state agencies. They also serve as the records manager for the district, storing student records, overseeing to the destruction of appropriate students’ records, and assisting the off-site storage with management of boxes from other areas of the district. They are also responsible for the certification of all veteran enrollees, the input and transmission of SPEEDE transcripts, management of the degree audit process, handling the subpoena process, providing student lists, maintaining course catalog for all courses offered by the district, and the District diploma production.
