Colleague Passwords

For security purposes, Colleague passwords will not be released over the telephone.

Password resets can be requested through the District Office Service Desk at (832) 813-6600 or via e-mail at DSTC.Helpdesk@lonestar.edu.

If you are sending an e-mail, please provide your Colleague ID, full name, and telephone number where you can be reached.

Requests for password resets will only be sent to your Lone Star College System e-mail account.

When you login with your new password, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Passwords need to be at least 6 characters long, including letters AND numbers.
