Individual Classes for Credit Transfer
Are you interested in taking individual classes for Freshman and Sophomore level credits (lower-division) at your current college or university? Articulation & Transfer Services agreements exist between Lone Star College System (LSCS) and various universities, independent school districts, private secondary schools, community education courses and other training and certification entities. Step 1: Apply to Lone Star College
Lone Star College is an open-enrollment institution. That means that most students are accepted once their application has been submitted.
If you have earned credits from another college or university, you will need to follow certain steps before being able to register for classes at Lone Star College System.
Step 2: Review Transfer Guides
Our transfer guides, 2 + 2 agreements, or equivalency guides and core curriculum information will show you the LSCS courses that fulfill bachelor degree requirements at the institutions listed.
The receiving institution will always make the final decision on the transferability of courses.
Step 3: Register for Classes
Classes are offered in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters as well as May and Winter mini-terms. Review our registration guidelines for enrollment dates and important deadlines.
