Classes beginning after 10 a.m. to resume, employees report at 8 a.m.

On Thursday, October 25, any class scheduled to begin after 10 a.m. at LSC-Tomball will run as scheduled, employees report at 8 a.m.. Restricted access to the building will be available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for those needing to claim belongings. Faculty and staff report at 8 a.m. Access to the campus for everyone will only be through the first floor of the library.

As of 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, law enforcement had not found any evidence of a bomb at Lone Star College-Tomball, issued an all clear and left the scene. 

The bomb threat was received at Lone Star College-Tomball at 1:31 p.m. this afternoon.  The campus was evacuated without incident and the Harris and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department bomb squads were on site to sweep the entire campus area. 

Normal operating hours will resume at 10a.m. on Thursday, October 25. 

Students and employees will be escorted into the building to reclaim belongings until 8 p.m. tonight.  The only access allowed will be through the front library entrance. 

On Thursday, October 25,  student access will be restricted between 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. Students will be escorted to the classroom or area where they left their belongings.  The only access to campus buildings will be through the front library entrance.
