Step 2:
Completely fill out the application. You may fill out the application on-line, save it and email it to NHETS@lonestar.edu  

Only students with completed applications will be considered.  Follow the tips below to ensure your application is not delayed.

1. Mailing address
2. Social Security Number and if not a US citizen, also provide Permanent Resident Number
3. Family Information: Number of people living in the household  
4. Family Information: Parent Statement of Financial Information
5. Family Information: Has either parent/guardian received a four-year degree from a college or university
6. 200 or more word essay (Mandatory)
7. Student and Parent Signatures

Step 3:
Turn in completed ETS application to your school counselor, college connections counselor, by e-mail, fax or mail them to:
