Front Desk Staff
Our front desk staff keeps our office running smoothly throughout the year! They help manage our game room, answer questions, and assist with any needs during events including setup, tear down, and ID check-in. Front desk staff specialize in one particular area, and are assigned to help a professional staff member with their programming specialty.
This position requires you to be work-study eligible. Pay rate varies based on experience. If you are interested in this position, please visit the Financial Aid office first (Building C) to verify your eligibility for work-study. Students may not hold another on-campus job while working in this position.

SET Team Member
We couldn’t run any of our events without our SET Team! The SET Team helps work at all of our special events, including Welcome Week, Involvement Expo, Flag Football & Tailgate Party, and many more. This position allows you the flexibility to control your own schedule. Sign up for events when you are free as you wish!
This position pays $7.25/hour. Students can work up to 19.5 hours per week, but hours are not guaranteed each week. Student may not hold another on-campus job while working in this position.

Maverick Leaders are the face of Lone Star College-Montgomery throughout campus. They are trained in a variety of capacities, and assist in Admissions, Disability Services, International Services, Veterans Affairs, the administration building, and the Office of Student Life. They play a large role at orientation by welcoming our incoming freshmen and guiding them through the registration process. In addition, they are responsible for tours to our external constituents, such as job candidates. This position requires a good work ethic, ability to work in a face paced environment, as well as a 2.75 GPA throughout your employment period.
This position pays $10.40/hour. Students can work up to 19.5 hours per week, but hours are not guaranteed each week. Student may not hold another on-campus job while working in this position.
