General Counsel
This office is responsible for handling District-wide legal issues. The general counsel’s staff is responsible for maintaining and interpreting the District’s Board of Trustee’s policies; and for drafting, reviewing and recommending to the Board all contracts that require Board approval. This office oversees all insurance matters (property, casualty, and workers compensation) and all matters affecting the District that are being reviewed by external courts and agencies.
