Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM)

The partnership between Lone Star College-North Harris and Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) has been a fruitful endeavor for both organizations. NAM serves north and northwest Harris County through a variety of support programs and services to help families and individuals in need, including community partner programs and, most recently, relief and recovery services in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

LSC-North Harris’ partnership includes opportunities for students to perform community service through NAM, whether as part of their degree or certificate program or as a volunteer, and access to a children’s pediatric clinic for no or low cost.
