What Is iSchool High?
iSchool High at Lone Star College-University Center at The Woodlands gives students the opportunity to earn their high-school diploma and up to two years of college credit in four years — completely free.
iSchool High is a public charter school that is open to all students in the greater Houston area. The school is a partnership with Lone Star College that blends high school and college into one educational experience, giving students a head start on both college and career.
Located on the campus of LSC-University Center at The Woodlands, iSchool High students gradually transition from high school classes into college courses with Lone Star College professors. The program combines academic rigor, with the opportunity for students to save time and money. This combination is a powerful motivator for students to work hard and meet serious intellectual challenges.
