Payment Information

Payment is accepted by a check made out to Lone Star College–CyFair, or a credit card number, expiration date, and signature in the designated box on the registration form. A registration form without funds or the incorrect amount of funds will not be processed, and the student will not be enrolled into the requested course.

Submit your payment with your registration form in person, by mail, or FAX to either of our locations.

RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $25 charge for returned checks. Checks returned unpaid for any reason must be promptly redeemed by cash or money order. Registration for the class may be cancelled and all records withheld until the fees are paid. Student may not enroll or continue in the current course until payment has been made.

REFUNDS
A 100% refund will be issued if a student withdraws from the course 24 hours prior to the first class meeting. Refunds may take up to 20 business days or longer to receive. Refunds will not be issued after the class begins.

Emergency situations beyond the student’s control may warrant a transfer to another course in the same term. Requests of this type may be submitted on an Add/Drop from at the Admissions/Registration desk within the first two weeks of classes.

The individual must state the emergency situation and the desired outcome in the Add/Drop form.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNTS
Seniors 60 and older will receive a 20% discount on selected courses. Discounts will be automatically computed at the time of registration.
