Welcome from the Lone Star College-North Harris Police Chief

The Lone Star College-North Harris unit of the Lone Star College System Police Department is proud to serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors that come to our college to learn, teach, and work. The NHC police unit is comprised of both sworn peace officers and non-sworn security guards, each of whom has service to the needs of our community as his or her primary mission.

Our officers and guards can be seen patrolling the campus by marked police car, golf cart, bicycle, and on foot. Please do not hesitate to approach any of them for assistance or information.

The Lone Star College System Police Department exists to facilitate an environment where learning, teaching, work, and recreation can take place, in an environment that is as safe and orderly as reasonably possible. We actively encourage citizen input on our efforts, and would like to hear from you, if you have an idea that might assist us in our efforts. The Lone Star College System Police Department was born at Lone Star College-North Harris twenty years ago, and we look forward to serving the college and District throughout the 21st Century.
