Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets

Within district guidelines and procedures, the accounts payable department produces and distributes payments for district and colleges expenditures. Student refunds and financial aid disbursements are distributed through accounts payable. Employee refunds and reimbursements are also prepared by this department.
