Welcome to Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness Center! We would like to thank our members, guests, and students for choosing the Fitness Center to pursue your goals toward a healthy and happy lifestyle.

The Board of Trustees recognizes that Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness Center was created to help meet the general educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community. With this in mind, these facilities are made available to area citizens when such use does not interfere with the instructional mission of the institution and is consistent with the educational community service objective. The College Facilities are not available for unrestricted use for other purposes.

Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. An exercise program should be started with gradual increases in intensity, frequency, distance, etc.

The Fitness Center will follow closely the Lone Star College-Kingwood holiday schedule. These dates include, but are not limited to, Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Winter Break in December and January (two weeks), Spring Mid-semester break (one week), Spring Holidays, Memorial Day, and July 4. The fitness center will also follow shortened hours during the summer. Please note time change postings. Scheduled college-related use of the facility has priority over other individual or group usage.
