Welcome to Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness Center! We would like to thank our members, guests, and students for choosing the Fitness Center to pursue your goals toward a healthy and happy lifestyle.
The Board of Trustees recognizes that Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness Center was created to help meet the general educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community. With this in mind, these facilities are made available to area citizens when such use does not interfere with the instructional mission of the institution and is consistent with the educational community service objective. The College Facilities are not available for unrestricted use for other purposes.
Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. An exercise program should be started with gradual increases in intensity, frequency, distance, etc.

Individuals must be 17 years of age in order to hold a membership with Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness Center.
All guests must fill out a guest form, sign the register, and pay a $5.00 fee for use of the facility. Any guest failing to follow this procedure is subject to having their activity interrupted and may be asked to leave the facility.
There is a $25.00 semester charge for overnight locker usage. Members, guests, and students are allowed to use lockers during daily visits at no charge. Please do not leave locks on daily lockers. We monitor their use and will remove any unauthorized locks. Individuals are responsible for locker renewal. The fitness will not send out reminders. If your locker rental has not been renewed within one month from the expiration date, your locker will be emptied and reassigned.
Lone Star College-Kingwood Fitness center is not responsible for lost of stolen items. Items will not be held at the front desk. Faculty/Staff locker rooms are reserved for Lone Star College-Kingwood employees only. Any unauthorized person found in that area will be asked to leave the facility.
