System Office IT is responsible for providing safe and secure connectivity to the Internet and intranet (connectivity between campuses and the district office). System Office IT ensures operability of the physical fiber link as well as the management of said link. Each campus has a core switch that links that campus to the district wide intranet. These switches/routers are maintained and managed by System Office IT. System Office maintains a corporate firewall between our internal network and the public Internet to ensure the safety of our data.
