Each college within Lone Star College System offers specialized and customized training for business and industry. A wide variety of employee training is available ranging from basic skills to computer software and technology to leadership and organization development. Business training consultants at each college work with businesses to develop courses/programs and related employee support activities to elevate performance and lower costs.

Flexibility in class scheduling allows courses to be offered at the business site, on campus at other locations or through distance learning suitable to meet client needs. Classes are led by experienced instructors who can develop successful learning environments.
