Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is eligible to senior high school students of Cy-Fair I.S.D. who plan to attend one of the colleges within the Lone Star College System.

A completed application consists of the following:

1. A completed scholarship application. Application for 2008-2009 year will be available in November 2008.

2. Pages 1 and 2 of the 2007 income tax return for the applicant’s parent(s) or guardian(s). If 2007 is not available, please provide a copy of the 2006 return.

3. If applicable, pages 1 and 2 of the applicant’s 2007 income tax return. If 2007 is not available, please provide a copy of the 2006 return.

4. A copy of the applicant’s high school transcript. PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT’S HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELOR ONLY.

Return the completed scholarship application and tax return(s) to your high school counselor by February 1, 2008. Your counselor will provide your high school transcript.

Recipients will be announced at the senior awards night at each high school. If you cannot attend, contact your counselor to check on your status.

Recipients will receive a letter of instruction within 30 days of the high school awards ceremony.
