Course Inventory Form System (CIF) Manual
The manual is designed to provide a detailed introduction to the Course Inventory Form and its features.
It will support the training workshops, and can also be used as an everyday working reference tool.
Readers should have a basic familiarity with the Lone Star College System, THECB, WECM, and CE Web resources.
Manual Sections
The Table of Contents, Introduction, and Objectives and Roles sections outline the purpose, system requirements, and user roles for the CIF System.
The Submitter and Reviewer and Approvers sections provide instructions for each of these roles for modifying and approving courses using the CIF system.
The Status Reports section explains how to use this tool that tracks courses as they flow from submitted to approved status.
