Program Description

A study of current personal computer hardware including personal computer assembly and upgrading, setup and configuration, and troubleshooting. The A+ Certification Training Program prepares individuals for a career as a computer technician in the information technology industry. This course covers the various responsibilities and tasks required for a computer technician to successfully perform in a customer environment. Coursework prepares students for CompTIA A+ Certification Examinations 220-701 and 220-702.
