Governance, Equity, and Records
Governance, Equity, and Records (GER) strives to: 1) monitor and ensure compliance with state and institutional policies, 2) identify non-inclusive policies, procedures, and practices to eliminate inequities for employees and students, and 3) release public information in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. GER practices transparency in reporting and communication amongst LSC Stakeholders.
To create and implement sustainable processes and practices that promote transparency to advance equity, diversity and inclusion.
To be valued as an ally, advocate, and resource for LSC and our service community.
