The Star Tech Symposium comprises four separate and distinct events each focusing on emerging technologies: A job fair; a nanotechnology workshop; a full day conference; and an algae certification course. Participants may attend the job fair and High Tech Conference at no charge.
The symposium is designed for a general audience and to provide a broad overview of the various facets of Texas’ High Technology ecosystem, as well as national and global trends and issues as they relate to economic growth, job creation, medical innovation and other key quality of life indicators.
Texas is home to a diverse and thriving technology industry, a rich array of natural and cultural amenities and the resources that technology companies need to retain, create and grow new businesses. Attendees will learn how these sectors overlap and interact, and how to leverage this knowledge to improve their personal & professional quality of life.
