Campus TV Advertising
Several large television screens installed around campus will be used for announcements and notices to the college community.
Split screen template on the televisions will be used. This means that half of the screen will feature a live television feed, either weather or news, and the other half with feature announcement slides that you may submit to get the word out about your events.
Instructions for creating Slides in Power Point
1. Use the attached Power Point Template to create your slide. This template is specially sized, so please use this template when creating the slide.
2. When you save the slide, use the Save As feature and in the ‘Save as Type’ field, select a .jpg.
Steps for Submitting Slides
1. Send your .jpg/.gif/.png as an email attachment to Jennifer.email@example.com.
We would request a single slide per announcement, please. These slides are to advertise or preview events or announcements pertaining to campus life or activities.
We will use the four televisions that surround the Commons for video display, as video cannot play simultaneously with the television feed. Also, the televisions do not currently have sound, so please keep that in mind.
