The System has contracts (Affiliation Agreements) with hospitals, clinics, interpreting agencies, child care centers, ISDs, etc. 

Affiliation Agreements require that:

“During the term of the internship, the System will require each student to purchase Medical Professional Liability insurance (Occurrence Form) in the amount of $1,000,000 each incident or occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate.  In addition, the System will maintain Commercial General Liability insurance (Occurrence Form) with limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.  Each policy will provide for 30 days written notice of cancellation.  Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.”
