LSC-Montgomery ALL

Mission Statement

ALL at LSC-Montgomery  provides environments in which active older adults enjoy opportunities for continued intellectual and personal growth.

A Learning Organization for Active, Older Adults

The Academy of Lifelong Learning (ALL) at LSC-Montgomery is an organization for older adults (50 and over).

ALL offers non-credit classes and social activities for continued intellectual and personal growth. A $35 membership fee per academic year (September - August) entitles you to take ALL courses free of charge; utilize the services of LSC-Montgomery, for example, Extended Learning, library, internet access, theatre activities; participate in social activities with older active adults and share a joy of learning with people who will broaden your life; study under the guidance of members who represent a wide range of expertise and life experiences; share your avocation of formal training as an ALL instructor; develop friendships within a diverse group of people; and be a part of a collective voice of active adults in the community.

In addition to the discounts on certain courses you can have an active role in the direction of ALL at LSC-Montgomery, including the types of courses offered, activities, function of the group, and volunteering. Possibilities include field trips, theatre outings, music, languages, current events and access to many LSC-Montgomery services.

Steps to register for a class:

Fill Out a Registration Form

  • Fax it to 936.273.7262 or
  • Register for classes in Building E at the LSC-Montgomery Campus or
  • Drop off your registration form in Building C, CE Department, Lone Star-Montgomery Campus.
  • Attend Class and have fun!

ALL Class Cancellation Policy

Any course or section may be cancelled if the enrollment is insufficient or is a qualified instructor is unavailable. Every effort will be made to notify the students enrolled. Student Services will have the up-to-date information. If there was a fee for the class, please allow 30 days to process a refund.



ALL Refund Policy

Students must drop classes by phone (936.273.7446) or in person (C-228 or in Bldg E) 24 hours before the first day of class. No refunds are available after this point except for valid emergency situations. Valid documentation will be required.
