Application Package
For admission into the program, please include all of the items listed below. To help make sure no items are misplaced, it is best to submit the items together at the same time. Please submit your completed application to the
CE Department - Attention ATCP, Lone Star College-Tomball, 30555 Tomball Parkway, Tomball, TX 77375 or you may deliver it to
room E166- Lone Star College-Tomball (main campus only).
- Application form (pdf)
- Application fee - $40 (non-refundable) Please make checks payable to Lone Star College-Tomball.
- Official transcripts in their original postmarked, sealed envelope from all colleges/universities attended
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Official passing test score report (THEA) in the original postmarked, sealed envelope
- Essay on "Why I Want to be a Teacher"
- 3 confidential reference forms in three individually sealed envelopes with your name on the outside of the envelopes.
