Under Continued Academic Probation (p. 45), the paragraph should read:

Continued Academic Probation - Once a student has been on academic warning and probation, any additional semester GPA of less than a 2.0 will result in a status of continued academic probation if the cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater. Students may still enroll in classes under the guidelines stated above.

The courses HIST 2311, 2312, 2321 and 2322 should be listed under the Social/Behavioral Sciences group on page 81 of the 05-06 Catalog; these courses are incorrectly listed under the Humanities/Fine Arts group.

The course HITT 1305 is 3 lecture, 1 lab hour per week. It is listed incorrectly in the catalog on page 224 and is not 4 lecture hours per week.

For Spring 2006, students who place into a foreign language course through CAPE exams and who successfully pass the course with a “C” or better can request credit for the lower level courses. This is a revision to the statement on page 49 of the 05-06 catalog.

Lone Star College–CyFair will offer the Field of Study curriculum in Music starting Spring 2006 (p75 of the catalog).

 

:: NURSING

All references to BIOL 2420 Microbiology should be BIOL 2420 Medical Microbiology (pp.145-147)

:: PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

MATH 2318 should be listed in the superscript notation 1 for the Physical Therapist Assistant AAS on page 155 of the 05-06 catalog. However, this course is not listed in the Core Courses for Associates of Applied Science (page 81), and will not satisfy the core requirement for Math/Natural Sciences.
