Please note, the 2017 Greater North Houston Choral Festival - scheduled for Tuesday, April 11.

Attention Participating Directors:

Please find below four (4) important documents that you will need on the day of the festival, April 11.

1. Please take a look at the bulleted list contained within Day-of Events Form. On the day of the event, please bring:
   • Three (3) copies of your music with measures numbers
   • Three (3) completed copies of Form A
   • One (1) completed copy of Form B
2. Here is a simple map showing main areas of interaction. We are asking you to park in the Beckendorf parking lot and for directors to immediately “check-in” in the lobby of the Beckendorf Conference Center. Volunteer staff will guide you to your destinations after parking.
