Event Planning Guide

The goal of the Office of College Relations, events planning, is to use the campus efficiently and effectively throughout the year. While the primary goal is to serve members of the Lone Star College–CyFair community, the college also hosts events for outside organizations which:

  • Promote the recruitment of undergraduate students;
  • Generate income for the college;
  • Extend the mission of the college to the community at large;
  • Provide cultural and artistic opportunities for the college and community;
  • And enhance the public image of the college.
