Event Planning Guide
The goal of the Office of College Relations, events planning, is to use the campus efficiently and effectively throughout the year. While the primary goal is to serve members of the Lone Star College–CyFair community, the college also hosts events for outside organizations which:
- Promote the recruitment of undergraduate students;
- Generate income for the college;
- Extend the mission of the college to the community at large;
- Provide cultural and artistic opportunities for the college and community;
- And enhance the public image of the college.
If you’d like to host an on-campus event, please fill out the indicated form below. These forms are used to request facilities, audio-visual services and/or publicity needs for your event. Verbal agreement does not confirm a date.
- Event Request Form (Internal)
Lone Star College-CyFair employees use this online form to reserve space for events.
- Event Request Form (External)
This online form is for the public to reserve space for events at Lone Star College-CyFair. Fill in the form (including all fields marked as required), and then click the Submit button to make your reservation.

NOTE: All event requests require a minimum of 14 days notice to make sure your room can be reserved and all extra requests can be fulfilled, such as catering and equipment.

Conference Rooms & Meeting Space
The Conference Center is 3715 sq. ft. It will accommodate:
- 425 people with auditorium style seating
- 180 banquet style
The Center can be divided into three areas, each of which accommodates 90-100 auditorium style or 60 banquet style. Other seating con?gurations, such as classroom or conference style with table, are available. Smaller meeting spaces are available throughtout the campus.
