The PeopleSoft HCM Information Manager will manage key LSC HCM initiatives aimed at improving business and system processes. The PeopleSoft HCM Information Manager will be responsible to act as a business liaison with LSC User Group for bridging HR Business requirements with technology and to monitor the development, implementation, and maintenance associated with iStar HCM. Troubleshooting, training and documenting enhancements and module implementations will also be a core part of the PeopleSoft HCM Information Manager role. The PeopleSoft HCM Information Manager will work closely with HR Management to enhance the system processes in conjunction with overall HR Goals and Objectives.
Acts as a key business partner within various areas of Lone Star College’s HCM modules. Serves as a liaison between the Office of Technology Services (OTS) team and functional HCM module owners for the purpose of requirements validation, issue resolution and coordination of project activities. Utilizes extensive knowledge of HCM functional processes and PeopleSoft HCM module expertise to finalize functional requirements and design new and improved HCM business processes.
This position is responsible for the development, management, and execution of all phases of software development, including design, development, implementation, technical documentation, build to the integration environment, and resolve issues using issue tracking software. This position is responsible for taking an active role in ongoing software development process improvements.
