Call Center

The call center is the first point of contact for all students, employees and faculty at LSC-Montgomery. The call center facilitates support for all aspects of the college; requests for service are dealt with by the call center staff or escalated to other departments within the college.

Call Center Service Level Agreement
The call center offers the first point of contact for students, faculty, employees and the community when contacting LSC-Montgomery. Requests for service are then dealt with by the call center staff or escalated to other departments within the college.

Hours of Operation

Each call to the call center is recorded to track the number of incoming calls that are received. Currently, the nature of the calls is not recorded. When contacting the call center customers will first hear the phone tree. Callers may then press 0 to contact the call center directly.

Outside of these times customers are required to call back during normal business hours, there is no voicemail service currently available.

The call center facilitates support for all aspects of LSC-Montgomery, from direct transfer to basic IT and advising support. The call center facilitates support for the following areas. Please note that this list is not inclusive due to the evolving nature of the call center. It is also subject to phone conversation time constraints during high call volume.
