  Join Lone Star College-Montgomery for a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the construction on three new academic buildings!
• Lone Star College-Montgomery Presents Student-Directed Actors’ Workshop Performance Four on the Floor - November 18, 2009
  The first student-directed Actors Workshop presentation for the 2009-2010 theatre season, Four on the Floor, will be performed on Thursday, November 19, and Friday, November 20, at 7:30 p.m.; as well as on Saturday, November 21, at both 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• Lone Star College-Montgomery’s Holiday Choir Concert to Benefit Interfaith of the Woodlands - November 18, 2009
  Continuing the annual tradition of performing to benefit a local non-profit organization, the Lone Star College-Montgomery choir and band will perform a holiday concert on Friday, December 4, at 7:30 p.m., in the college's mainstage theatre in Building D.
• Lone Star College-Montgomery Features The Silent Voice of Italy Exhibit - November 12, 2009
  Lone Star College-Montgomery's Center for the Arts presents The Silent Voice of Italy, featuring the artwork of Darryl Patrick. The collection will be on display November 17 through December 10 in the Mary Matteson-Parrish Art Gallery (Building D).
• Lone Star College-Montgomery Hosts Star Party and Sky Viewing - November 12, 2009
  Lone Star College-Montgomery will host a "Star Party" on Wednesday, November 18, at 6:30 p.m., in Building A, Room 102. Dr. Aaron Clevenson, astronomy professor at LSC-Montgomery, will present "What's the Big Deal About Galileo?"
• Lone Star College-Montgomery Student to Premier in Houston Grand Opera Production - November 12, 2009
  One of Lone Star College-Montgomery's students, Jacob Kincaide, is performing in the Houston Grand Opera's production of Wagner's Lohengrin, which opened Friday, October 30, and runs through Sunday, November 15.
• Veterans Attending LSC-Montgomery Receive–and Offer–Service and Commitment - November 10, 2009
  With more than 250 veterans enrolled as students this semester, Lone Star College-Montgomery is working hard to provide each veteran with dedicated service and enhanced support both before and after his or her enrollment in the college.
• Lone Star College-Montgomery’s Jazz Ensemble and Combo Present Uniquely American - November 10, 2009
  Lone Star College-Montgomery's Jazz Ensemble and Combo will perform a free concert on Tuesday, November 17, at 7:30 p.m., on the main stage theatre in Building D. The concert will feature various styles by musical icons such as Duke Ellington, Rogers and Hammerstein, Sonny Rollins, and Miles Davis.
• “Party on the Plaza” Event at LSC-Montgomery to Celebrate Upcoming Spring 2010 Semester - November 10, 2009
  To kickoff registration for the upcoming spring 2010 semester, Lone Star College-Montgomery hosts "Party on the Plaza," a free event for all students that includes delicious food, exciting games, and great prizes.

  Keep the momentum going between the fall and spring semesters by completing a mini-mester fast-track course over the winter break.
