CERTIFICATE OF LIABLILTY: A 1$M Certificate of Liability will be required for any scheduled event, unless this requirement is waived by the Location Executive Officer (LEO) However, Class 2 and 3 activities (as defined by the District's Director of Risk Management: cannot be waived.
