Take a day trip to explore Buffalo Soldiers National Museum founded to preserve, promote and perpetuate the history, tradition and outstanding contributions of African-American soldiers. Nov.14: Handgun Proficiency Right-to-Carry: This course fulfills the minimum 10 hours of educational requirements by Texas Department of Public Safety to apply for a concealed handgun license.
