For those holding a bachelor’s degree and who are interested in becoming a teacher, the Lone Star College Alternative Teacher Certification Program at Tomball and Cy-Fair will hold information sessions this summer.
The sessions will be held as follows:
The teacher certification program is designed for individuals who have a bachelor’s degree and want to enter the teaching profession. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
This information session will also provide information on a new clinical teaching option which provides students training and field-based experience at the appropriate grade level or content area.
Summer rebates of 50 percent off are available for accepted candidates.
