“This summer cooking series will teach you how to advance your cooking skills in no time,” said Kenya White, director of Continuing Education. “Learn how to cook healthy and on a budget, make Chinese cuisines and delight in foods that will knock the socks off of your guests.”
The series runs June 11 through Aug. 13. The courses start in June with Economy Cooking and Picnic Time; continue in July with Allergy-Free Cooking, Chinese Cuisine, Sushi Making and Food and Wine Pairings; and end in August with Taste of Italy.
All courses will be held Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon at the LSC-Fairbanks Center, room 107.
