Former NFL player will be special guest on LSC-University Park’s Visionary Talk Radio

Visionary Talk Radio for Higher Education (VTR.4he) at Lone Star College-University Park will welcome sports and business thought leader, Marcus Wilkins to discuss “The Mind Muscle: Think Critically to Think Smarter” in an exclusive, live broadcast Nov. 18 at 3:30 p.m.

Wilkins, a former NFL linebacker with the Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons, currently serves as membership director at the Greater Houston Partnership. Now recruiting executives and industries within Houston’s thriving business community, he transitioned into a new career by applying the principles that make great athletes on the field.

Visionary Talk Radio for Higher Education is hosted by Dr. William Ihlenfeldt, Visionary Leadership author, and Mike Mathews, innovation fellow at LSC-University Park. Ihlenfeldt and Mathews interview national business and education leaders on the talk radio forum about innovative ideas that benefit the higher education community.
