Improve Your Health this April with Flexercise®

FlexerciseInterested in increasing your core, balance, strength and flexibility? Join Vernon Henry at Lone Star College-CyFair for Flexercise® this April.

Henry will lead a free five-week Flexercise® series Tuesdays, April 1- April 29 from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the Dance Studio at 9191 Barker Cypress.

Flexercise® is a combination of slow moving stretching, strengthening and martial arts type movements, said Henry. The series is a comprehensive “Body Weight” training program that everyone can do. The weekly classes conclude with proper breathing techniques and silent meditation to reduce stress and increase blood flow throughout the body.
