|For easy access to Lone Star College-Montgomery¹s Maverick Mania 2015, held in the Health Science Center (Building B), attendees should enter campus via West Campus Drive and park in the college's west campus parking garage.
The event, geared for current and prospective students (including high school juniors and seniors and their parents) will showcase LSC-Montgomery’s academic and workforce programs, financial aid and transfer opportunities, admissions and application process, and campus life, including clubs and intramural sports. There will be campus tours, free food for the whole family, pictures with Monty the Maverick, and other great prizes—like a Kindle Fire, movie tickets, LSC-Montgomery Maverick gear, and more!
“The open house will showcase everything LSC-Montgomery has to offer and provide prospective students an opportunity to start planning for their future,” said Dr. Rebecca Riley, interim president of LSC-Montgomery. “We have top-rated faculty, award-winning programs, and a beautiful campus, all of which inspire and enable our students to meet their goals and realize their dreams.”
Additionally, representatives from Lone Star College-Conroe Center and soon-to-open LSC-Creekside Center will be available to answer questions and showcase the programs and services offered at these off-campus locations.
