Lone Star College-CyFair’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) faculty share their stories for STEM majors Sept. 16 at the Barker Cypress campus.
The fall STEM Speaker Series kicks off with an informative and inspiring presentation as LSC-CyFair faculty share their college preparation and professional workforce experiences while in the STEM industry prior to transitioning to the role of faculty in higher education.
The presentation, followed with a question and answer period, will be held from 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the Center for Academic and Student Affairs, room 110.
The series will continue with discussions scheduled for Oct. 13 and Nov. 18.
