Lone Star College-CyFair Math Club members are providing free tutoring to 6th- through 12th-graders Tuesday evenings this spring.
All teens are welcome to drop in for tutoring in math, chemistry and physics between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 7- April 11 in the library’s Teen Room.
“Our goal will be to instill a more positive attitude toward STEM-related (Science Technology Engineering and Math) subjects in the younger ages as they progress through higher education,” said Math Club President Zachary Mandella.
No pre-registration is necessary. Bring your problems, pencils, paper and a calculator if needed.
The library is located on the LSC-CyFair campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.
