Synergy article "The Machine Stops,“ a short story by E. M. Forster, written in 1909, will be the topic of this year’s discussion sponsored by the library, in conjunction with Synergy. The Synergy theme is ¡iTech!

It's almost time for this year's Synergy event: iTech! Synergy is a series of interdisciplinary events that are designed to promote student engagement. The committee hopes that you will take an active part in helping to encourage student participation in the program. The Synergy events run from February 19th -- March 2. The Synergy calendar is included as an attachment to this e-mail. Please distribute the calendar to your students and encourage their attendance. Here is a preview of some of our events:

CSI Investigation: The biology department will be helping students use DNA clues to conduct their own criminal investigation!

"Exhonerated": The drama department will present "Exhonerated," a play about people on death row who were exhonerated by DNA testing.

Tech-Art: Current Works by NHC Electronic Music and Graphic Design Students
