January and February 2007 fine arts calendar

Jan. 25 to Feb. 23: Texas Artist Invitational, current works by regional artists will be displayed.  NHC Fine Arts Gallery. Reception, Thursday, Jan. 25, 1 p.m. Free to the community.

Feb. 1 to 23: Student Design Communications Exhibition, NHC Library Gallery. Reception, Thursday,  Feb. 1, 1 p.m. Free to the community.

Feb. 15 to May 4: 15th Annual Outdoor Sculpture Vision. NHC campus. Reception and walking tours: Thursday, Feb. 15, and Wednesday, Feb. 21, 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tour starts at
NHC’s Fine Arts Atrium. Free to the community.

Feb. 22 to 25:  The Exonerated, by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen, tells the true stories of six wrongfully convicted survivors of death row in their own words. Directed by Cash Carpenter, performances are Feb. 22 through 24, 8 p.m. and Feb. 25, 2 p.m. Performing Arts Theatre. Tickets are $10.

Feb. 28 to Mar. 30: Immaculate Memory, current works by Alison Hahn. NHC Fine Arts Gallery.Reception, Feb. 28, 1 p.m. Free to the community.
