North Harris College will host its annual Summer Hurricane Basketball Camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 14, during the week of June 25 to 29. Area college and high school coaches will direct the camp, which is a well-rounded program focusing on fundamentals and skill development. Campers will participate in station work, attend lectures, play full-court games, and compete for awards. The camp hours will run Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost of the camp is $150 ($120 for returning players) and includes superb instruction, lunch, a camp t-shirt, and a certificate of participation.
